Creative Program Applications

When submitting an application, you will need to enter all the required information, and please include as much support material as possible - photos, bio, demo recordings etc. If you have multiple acts / personas / concepts that you wish to have considered, please submit an application for each one individually, but make note of your other applications, so we can factor this in to the selection process.
